This will include overtime, holidays, and weekends.\n Currently hiring for 2nd shift.\n Orientation will be on 1st shift (8:00am-4:00pm), and you will be assigned your permanent 2nd shift after your orientation.\n Lebanon operates on a points-based attendance program.\n Shift Hours:\n 1st shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:00pm; weekends and overtime as needed\n 2nd shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm; weekends and overtime as needed\n 3rd shift: Monday - Friday 10:00pm-6:00am; weekends and overtime as needed\n This role is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team dedicated to safety at our Lebanon, TN sheet feeder plant! This position creates value by safely assisting with the production of corrugated sheets to be made into printed boxes for our valued customers. We offer opportunities for advancement as those openings occur.\nWhat You Will Do In Your Role\n Operate automated stacker equipment to defined standards and product specification targets\n Monitor and/or entry into computer control systems\n Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production\n Perform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area\n Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals \n Operate and/or work around mobile equipment\n Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment\n Perform tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment\n The Experience You Will Bring\nRequirements:\n Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or military environment OR completion of post high school education in a manufacturing/industrial centered program\n What Will Put You Ahead\n Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device\n Previous experience working in a corrugated box plant\n At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
