This role will partner with cross-functional teams to support and enable sound decision-making by executive leadership.\nThis role is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipWhat You Will Do\nLead and develop a high-performing accounting and cash team, building capability, accountability, financial acumen, and a culture of continuous improvement.\nDrive finance transformation and modernizationby leveraging analytics, automation, AI, and Copilot to improve processes, eliminate waste, strengthen controls, and create value.\nServe as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, providing insights, challenging thinking, and influencing decisions that support long-term business success.\nLeverage data and technologyto identify trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver financial insights that improve decision-making across the organization.\nGain broad exposure across Kochby partnering with finance, IT, business units, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, and value-creation opportunities.\nEnsure strong financial stewardshipthrough ownership of the trial balance, close process, balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, audit support, and accurate financial reporting.\nAdvance Koch's Principle-Based Management® Culture, apply and promote PBM by integrating Koch's guiding principles into decision-making, team development, business partnerships, and financial processes.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience in an Accounting or Finance focused leadership role(s) that requires a working knowledge of financial accounting principles, the general ledger, month end close, account reconciliation and analysis, and the purpose/application of internal financial controls\nLeadership experience developing the capabilities of others, leading transformation, being a driver of company initiatives, project leadership, or similar\nProcess and Transformation focus that embraces and leads change. Experience standardizing and optimizing processes and work products\nExperience in Excel (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation)\nStrong communication skills with experience presenting and tailoring messages to a variety of audiences\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field\nPublic audit experience, FSM, SAP or OneStream experience\nExperience with data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau)\nRelevant accounting certification (e.g., CPA).\nExperience supporting strategic planning and decision-making.\nExperience in international accounting including FX\nStrong analytical, economic thinking, and critical reasoning skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.\nAbility to work effectively managing multiple priorities.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
