You will be responsible for overseeing the Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) process, ensuring that all automotive products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will be an integral part of the site’s Quality leadership team, responsible for day-to-day execution and strategic direction setting.\nWhat You Will Do\nProject Planning, Management:\nLead, develop and manage the AQP project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.\nLead and coordinate customer claims through cross-functional teams, ensuring timely investigation, effective containment, root cause identification, and sustainable corrective actions to closure.\nFacilitate communication between various departments to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.\nRisk Management:\nConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.\nOversee the maintenanceof Control Plan.\nDocumentation and Reporting:\nEnsure all AQP documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.\nReport on project status, progress, and any issues, both internal, external.\nProcess Qualification and Control:\nOversee production trials, ensuring they meet quality standards.\nDevelop and implement control plans to maintain process consistency and quality.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance product.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nDemonstrated good communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.\nStriving for continuous development.\nProblem-solving and statistical process control skills.\nCan work independently.\nDecision-making skills.\nStrong English language skills.\nGood knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook).\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nKnowledge of quality management systems in accordance with AIAG and VDA.\nTeam Lead experience.\nSAP proficiency.\nSPC analysis.\nPPAP Process experience.\nThird level Studies in Automotive fields.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
