Through collaboration with subcontractors, customers, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure successful project execution while building the capabilities needed for future leadership opportunities.\nCurrent Project Site Opportunities\nPotential Locations: El Paso, TX\nLocation subject to change based on business needs.\nTravel Requirements: This is a full-time, site-based position that includes daily per diem and home rotations approximately every 3-4 weeks.\nCompensation: $110,000 - $140,000 (flexible based on experience)\nOur Team\nDEPCOM's Project Delivery Organization executes full turnkey PV and BESS plants with collection substations and generation transmission lines. We utilize preferred partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors while coordinating with interconnection utilities across the nation. As a Koch Company, we implement Principle Based Management to continue driving innovation, hold our team to the highest standard and streamline our overall processes to ensure project success for each of our clients.\nWhat You Will Do\nPartner with the Construction Manager to support field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes for complex utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.\nAssist in developing and coaching Superintendent teams by reinforcing expectations, sharing knowledge, and promoting accountability for project results.\nSupport coordination with Safety, Quality, Environmental, Logistics, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and execution plans.\nHelp monitor project performance related to safety, schedule, quality, cost, and environmental compliance through proactive planning and field engagement.\nParticipate in weekly risk assessments and contribute to maintaining the Risk & Opportunity (R&O) log to help identify and mitigate project risks.\nSupport environmental compliance activities, including SWPPP requirements, permitting, erosion control measures, and regulatory obligations.\nAssist in managing subcontractor performance by monitoring productivity, schedule adherence, safety expectations, and contract compliance.\nReview subcontractor change order requests, invoices, and supporting documentation while partnering with project leadership to validate scope, progress, and costs.\nSupport development and execution of comprehensive three-week look-ahead schedules and help identify constructability, logistics, and coordination challenges before they impact project performance.\nBuild strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders through proactive communication and reliable execution.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nConstruction experience on large-scale industrial, infrastructure, renewable energy, or utility construction projects with exposure to field execution activities.\nExperience coordinating work with superintendents, subcontractors, or multiple construction disciplines while supporting safety, schedule, quality, and cost objectives.\nExperience reviewing project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, or construction documentation.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.\nValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nUtility-scale solar, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), substation or transmission experience.\nExperience supporting EPC or self-perform construction projects from mobilization through commissioning.\nExperience developing three-week look-ahead schedules, tracking project metrics, and supporting field productivity initiatives.\nKnowledge of environmental compliance requirements, including SWPPP implementation and permit management.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
