This role will support engineers on document preparation, sample management, test arrangement and engineering data sorting. Meanwhile, this position will organize department meetings & team activities, coordinate guest visits and meeting logistics, support new hire onboarding and employee experience activities for the team.\nWhat You Will Do\n1)Engineering support for CMS design team:\na. Assist engineers to compile engineering documents, drawings, BOM and test reports; sort out and archive technical data.\nb. Manage prototype samples: sample receiving, labeling, storage, delivery and tracking.\nc. Coordinate lab test arrangement, prepare test fixtures and simple test setup as assigned.\nd. Collect, organize and update engineering related records and data.\ne. Support internal and cross-functional technical communication.\n2)Design center administrative & activity coordination:\na. Maintain team mailing list and distribution list; cascade department notices and process updates to team members.\nb. Coordinate department meeting scheduling, meeting room arrangement and meeting preparation.\nc. Be the liaison for guest visits: arrange transportation, hotel, catering, meeting venue, visitor pass; prepare invitation letters for overseas visitors.\nd. Support new employee onboarding: workstation preparation, new colleague orientation coordination; organize birthday events, long service award recognition, team building & team outings, project celebration activities and holiday decoration.\ne. Coordinate office stationery & daily office supplies arrangement for the design center.\n3)Other tasks assigned by CMSBU NTW leaders and senior engineers.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electronic, Materials or related engineering discipline.\n2. 1~2 years working experience as engineering assistant / admin assistant; fresh graduate with strong learning ability is acceptable.\n3. Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.\n4. Good English in both written and spoken, able to read English technical documents and communicate with overseas colleagues.\n5. Strong organizational skills, careful and detail-oriented.\n6. Good communication skills, service mindset.\n7. Proactive, contribution motivated.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)\n1. Experience in international company, automotive connector / electronic hardware industry is a plus.\n2. Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel pivot table etc.)\n3.
