The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large EPC projects. We utilize preferred partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors while coordinating with interconnection utilities across the nation. As a supervisor, this includes helping your employees self-actualize and be all that they can be.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nAssist Project Managers with tasks to help the development and construction of utility scale solar projects\nHelp manage all aspects of project execution including schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, customer and community relations, etc.\nMaintain project documentation related to contract administration, schedule and budgets\nCommunicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders\nProactively manage project scope, identify critical variables and devise contingency plans\nAssist in providing timely project reporting to internal teams and external customers\nAssist the PM to ensure project is in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements with support of internal resources\nBuild rapport with customers and find strategic opportunities to drive long-term mutually beneficial relationships\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience working an EPC, large-scale industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects or experience as a Project Manager\nUnderstanding of prime contract and subcontract language\nExperience with cost estimating, scheduling, assessing project needs, scoping and/or customer interfacing\nValid Driver's license\nLegal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n\n EPC experience in Solar, Wind, BESS, conventional power or industrial project\n\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $100k - $145k per year.
