Support Production or Product manager on all projects in development,processoptimization, product testing, Engineering changes, technical documents etc.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nResponsible for the product standard time and yield, to ensure the relevant product can be produced competitive.\nProvides technical support to customers, suppliers and inside personnel.\nResponsible for process Document deviations base on project progress.（Indirect materials changed、new materials input、technics parameter changed）\nSupport R&D Engineers, PLM and Product manager to review new designs, new required product could be produced on corresponding line or not, and provide assistance as needed.\nPerforms process design to meet the specifications to ensure the services for all customers.\nEvaluate the feasibility of the technology for cost down，and made a better quality.\nTo develop and review the related product WOI and WR;\nFollow up plant scrap、IPQC issues、and analysis the reasons and take useful measures.\nPerform other related duties as assigned by management.\nSCOPE:\nPosition to develop / support new and existing products thatmeet or exceed customer expectations.Support Production and Product manager on all projects in developmentto generate revenue and growth for Business Unit.Support R&D Engineers, PLM andProduct managerto review designs and provide assistance as needed.\nREQUIRED:\nBachelor’s degreein engineering or related.\n3+ years’ experience in optical communication products\nProcess experience of optical communication products such as connectors is preferred.\nProficient in optical communication product’s process experience.\nDemonstrated ability to analyse information and solve problems with professional solutions.\nGood verbal and written skills for exchange of information in a clear and concise manner.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing processes, 6sigma, Lean is preferred.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
