Based in Taiwan, the role will create demand and secure design wins with U.S. hyperscalers, China cloud service providers, and Taiwan/China AI ODMs while providing actionable customer input to Product Management and Engineering.\nWork Location: XinYi or Tamshui office\nWhat You Will Do (Job Description)\nDevelop and execute account and market growth plans for WtW, WtB, and discrete harness products.\nEngage U.S. hyperscalers including AWS, Google, Meta, and Microsoft; China CSPs including Alibaba, ByteDance, Baidu, and Tencent; and AI ODMs including Quanta, Wiwynn, Wistron, Inventec, Foxconn/Ingrasys, and Accton through GIG-Data and GSM Sales Team\nIdentify connector and harness opportunities in AI servers, network switches, storage systems, power shelves, cooling equipment, and rack infrastructure.\nCapture customer roadmaps, application requirements, competitive intelligence, and VOC; translate findings into product requirements and portfolio priorities.\nCoordinate with Global Product Management, Sales, FAE, Product Design teams to improve sample speed, quotation quality, qualification, and program execution.\nPosition Molex against TE Connectivity, Amphenol, and regional competitors through clear application and value differentiation.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n8+ years in business development, product management, technical sales, or FAE roles within connectors, cable assemblies, datacenter, networking, telecom, or power electronics.\nDemonstrated success working with hyperscalers, CSPs, ODMs, EMS providers, or datacenter infrastructure suppliers.\nWorking knowledge of WtW/WtB connectors, discrete wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and customer qualification processes.\nAbility to influence technical and commercial stakeholders without direct authority and lead opportunities across global functions.\nFluent English and Mandarin; able to travel within Asia and to the United States.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nRevenue growth \nQualified pipeline \nNew platform penetration \nVOC-to-roadmap impact \nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
