Working closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Logistics, you will solve operational challenges, drive continuous improvement and support the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead daily cable extrusion operations, ensuring safe, efficient execution of the production plan.\nManage and develop operators and Shift Supervisors, coordinating shifts, resources and production priorities.\nMonitor key production KPIs, including quality, scrap, downtime, and productivity.\nEnsure extrusion processes, parameters and standards are consistently applied, troubleshooting issues and driving root cause corrective actions.\nDrive continuous improvement to improve equipment performance, product quality and process stability while reducing waste.\nCollaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, Quality and Logistics to optimise production flow and equipment reliability.\nMaintain a safe and organised production environment, promoting safe behaviours, risk prevention and standards.\nWho You Are (basic qualifications)\nTechnical diploma in an industrial, mechanical, electrical, or related discipline.\nStrong manufacturing experience with extrusion processes, ideally within cable manufacturing or a comparable industrial environment.\nPrevious experience leading production teams, including operators and shift-based activities.\nStrong technical knowledge of extrusion equipment, tooling, process parameters and cable-jacketing materials such as PVC, PE and PUR.\nExperience with problem solving, root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.\nStrong organisation, prioritisation, leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.\nExperience using ERP/MES systems and production data to monitor performance and support operational decisions.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nPrevious experience within the electrical cable industry, particularly cable jacketing extrusion.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience using SAP or similar manufacturing ERP systems.\nWhat Molex Offers\nPermanent contract\nCompetitive salary and benefits\nA multicultural team and an excellent working environment\nOffice-based role\nStrong potential for professional growth, personal development, and training\nSocial benefits such as health insurance and welfare, a company canteen offering, benefits platform, online gym, etc.\nSalary starting from 45.000 EUR (CCNL Gomma Plastica Industria) - At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
