This is a forward-facing role that will directly engage with external partners in addition to supporting internal stakeholder needs. This approach fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment where every team member's contribution is valued and encouraged.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGeneral:\nTrack and monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely execution and completion.\nConsistently support & collaborate with internal stakeholder & SME departments\nActively share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices to improve organizational capabilities, support continuous learning, and elevate cross-functional efficiencies.\nMaintain accurate dashboards and up-to-date records of all contractual activities and communications.\nDocument management, version control, contract normalization, and proper archival and retention of relevant documents\nContract Lifecycle Management Activities:\nLead vendor redlining and negotiation activities to include proposed stances and alternative approaches for mutually beneficial outcomes\nAnalyze prime contract obligations and support vendor contracting strategies that appropriately allocate and mitigate commercial and compliance risks\nContractual document drafting and legalese interpretation\nChange order review, amendment drafting, SME reviews and coordination.\nLead knowledge-share sessions and create knowledge transfer resources for contract handover post-execution \nSupport commercial claims, including notice drafting & management, tradeoff analysis & strategy support, dispute avoidance measures, and resolution efforts\nAssess and communicate contractual and commercial risks in contract terms; provide recommendations that support value creation, margin protection, balanced risk allocation, and informed decision making\nWhat You Need (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience managing and interpreting complex, high-value master, project-specific, service, subcontract, and equipment contracts.\nExperience leading third-party negotiations and managing claims, amendments, and high-value change orders, including claim strategy and avoidance.\nStrong presentation development and delivery skills across a variety of stakeholders.\nComprehensive knowledge of contract management best practices.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)\nEPC or renewable energy industry experience\nIndustry-recognized Certification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, or a related field\nPrevious experience in both customer-facing and vendor-facing roles\nExperience with AI and CLM/PM platforms (e.g. Procore)\nExpert competency using Microsoft Office Suite applications\nDemonstrated ability to identify opportunities & drives solutions that improve commercial outcomes\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $145,000 per year.
