The ideal candidate is both a strong people leader and a change agent who thrives in environments where continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation are required.\nWhat You Will Do\nProvide leadership and direction for a team of Controls Engineers.\nHelp develop and execute a long-term controls engineering strategy aligned with business and customer needs.\nChallenge existing processes and paradigms - drive improvements in execution, standardization, digital tools, knowledge sharing, and engineering productivity.\nBuild organizational capability by coaching, developing, and empowering engineers.\nPartner with commercial, operations, service, and product teams to improve outcomes across the business.\nEstablish scalable engineering practices that improve quality, reliability, safety, and speed of execution.\nIdentify future capability needs and drive workforce development plans to support business growth.\nServe as a champion of innovation, continuous improvement, and Principle Based Management.\nLead technical and organizational transformation initiatives that improve how the team works and delivers value.\nEnsure successful execution of engineering deliverables while balancing customer needs, business priorities, and resource allocation.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience leading engineering teams or technical organizations.\nExperience with industrial control systems, automation, process controls, or related engineering disciplines.\nExperience driving change, continuous improvement, or organizational transformation initiatives.\nAbility to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholders.\nWillingness and ability to travel as needed to support business requirements.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExpertise in combustion, emissions, vapor recovery, vapor combustion, or related industrial process technologies.\nExperience developing engineering standards, work processes, or technical roadmaps.\nExperience leading global or multi-location engineering teams.\nStrong coaching and talent development experience.\nDemonstrated success improving execution, productivity, or customer outcomes through innovative approaches.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
