In that scope, Customer Experience Coordinatoris to identify, understand and complete customer’srequests,coming through email and through our service portal to provide them with the most suitable solution.\nThis requires an excellent knowledge of the process and to successfully navigate around diversity of customer requests to allocate solutionsto right workstreams.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport the Order Management Process, including pre-and post-order activities.\nExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.\nEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.\nMonitoring customer satisfaction levels\nResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.\nPlay an integral part in improving the service and timely execution that will turn into personal development, long-lasting relationships, and business efficiencies.\nMaintaining a positive image of the company\nEstablishing long-term customer relationships\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nFluent in English andGermanor English and Croatian/ Serbian both written and spoken.\nPrevious experience within a customer service role,however fresh graduates are also welcome.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude of building relationships\nEffective organizational skills\nProblem-solving skills\nProactive, customer focused and results oriented attitude.\nGood PC skills in MS Office\nAbility to effectively question or challenge the status quo.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nBachelor's degree\nAdditional language \nExperience with Salesforce or any other CRM software\nStrategical thinking and contribution motivation mindset\nExperience in supplychain\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
