You will play a key role in driving quality excellence across manufacturing operations while supporting compliance with automotive quality standards.\n\nOur Team\nYou will join the Quality team and collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and customer-facing stakeholders. In this role, you will lead cross-functional efforts to resolve quality concerns, improve processes, and strengthen customer relationships while supporting a culture of operational excellence.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nLead customer complaint investigations and containment activities.\nDrive and coordinate cross-functional teams through effective 8D problem-solving processes.\nUtilize Structured Problem Solving (SPS) methodologies to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nServe as the primary technical contact for domestic and international customers.\nAnalyze quality performance data and develop improvement plans based on statistical analysis.\nEnsure compliance with IATF 16949 requirements and VDA standards.\nParticipate in internal, customer, and certification audits.\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plans.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.\nMonitor customer quality metrics, scorecards, and performance indicators.\nPerform statistical analysis to validate root causes and corrective action effectiveness.\nPartner closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues on the manufacturing floor.\nPromote defect prevention through Six Sigma and Red X methodologies.\nLead customer review meetings and communicate technical solutions effectively.\nCollaborate with internal teams and customers to negotiate and implement successful action plans.\n\nWho You Are\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience in Quality within an automotive manufacturing environment.\nExperience in Customer Quality or direct customer-facing quality functions.\nExperience leading problem-solving activities using the 8D methodology.\nProfessional English proficiency with the ability to lead technical meetings and prepare reports and presentations for international customers.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nSix Sigma Green Belt certification.\nExperience with SAP or other ERP systems.\nInternal Auditor certification in IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3.\n\nWho We Are\nAs a Koch company, Molex is a globally recognized provider of electronic solutions, enabling innovation in industries ranging from automotive to healthcare.
