As a Data Conversion Developer supporting Infor M3 Change Requests and Finance Data Conversion activities, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality master and transactional data across the organization. You will support data migration, validation, governance, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver efficient and reliable solutions. Our Team

Our team supports global Infor M3 operations, Change Request management, and Finance Data Conversion initiatives across multiple regions. We partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, support system deployments, and continuously improve processes through automation and operational excellence. What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end Change Requests within the Infor M3 environment.
• Review business requirements and prepare data load sheets and SQL queries to support data changes and conversions.
• Validate changes in test environments and support production deployments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality and data loading issues.
• Support Finance Data Conversion activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and open balance migrations.
• Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities to support deployment initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to resolve data conversion and data quality issues.
• Support onboarding of new regions and future Global Core deployments.
• Contribute to process documentation, governance activities, and knowledge transfer efforts.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance Technology, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience supporting ERP applications, data management, or business systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
• Understanding of data conversion, data migration, and data quality principles.
• Familiarity with finance processes such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and open balances.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn Infor M3 processes, Change Request management, and global data conversion practices.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Exposure to ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Experience supporting Infor M3 functional or data-related activities.
• Knowledge of finance master data and transaction data conversion processes.
• Experience identifying opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
• Exposure to global or multi-region deployment projects.
• Experience creating process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Understanding of data governance and operational readiness practices.
