Above all, wevalue teamwork, curiosity, and commitment to delivering reliable data that drives long-term business value.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nPartner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, business challenges, and opportunities where data can create measurable value.\nIdentify, define, and champion data product opportunities that improve decision-making, enhance business processes, enable automation, and support emerging AI capabilities. \nTranslate business outcomes into scalable data products, ensuring investments are aligned to enterprise priorities and long-term business capability needs. \nPrioritize and manage a portfolio of data products by balancing business value, strategic alignment, technical feasibility, data readiness, and organizational capacity. \nWork closely with business, data, AI architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to define and deliverysolutions that create sustainable business value. \nDrive creation of trusted, reuseable, and well-governed data products that can be leveragedacross multiple business capabilities, analytical use cases, digital solutions, and AI applications. \nEnsure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business workflows, while promoting consistency, reuse, and enterprise standards, where appropriate. \nOwn, maintain, and communicate data product roadmaps, aligning stakeholders around priorities, trade-offs, outcomes, and expected value.\nSupport the data product throughout the lifecycle to ensure strong maturity and continuously identifyopportunities to expand value. \nHelp advance ET&S data maturity by promoting a data centric, product mindset, clear accountability, transparency, strong stewardship, and effective use of data as a strategic asset. \nModel ownership, curiosity, humility, and continuous improvement in how work is prioritized and delivered.\nServe as a trusted advisor, connecting business strategy, processes, data, technology, and AI capabilities to unlock new opportunities for growth. \n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience in business analysis, data analytics, data management, product ownership, or related disciplines.\nExperience identifyingbusiness opportunities and translating desired outcomes into data-enabled capabilities, products, or technology solutions.\nExperience managing priorities, roadmaps, backlogs, or cross-functional delivery efforts.\nExperience partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver outcomes.\nExperience analyzing business problems, facilitatingstakeholder discussions, evaluating solution options, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.\nExperience communicating business requirements, insights, recommendations, and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through written, verbal, and presentation-based formats.\nDemonstrated ability to influence leaders, facilitatedecisions, and drive cross-functional change.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience designing or leveragingreusable enterprise data assets that support analytics, operational processes, AI, or other technology solutions.\nUnderstanding modern data ecosystems, including cloud data platforms, AI capabilities, and data modeling practices.\nExperience using artificial intelligence AI tools to analyze data, identifyinsights, streamline workflows, or improve business outcomes.\nBachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field\nExperience working within data governance, master data management (MDM), data quality, or enterprise data programs.\nFamiliarity with Agile product delivery, backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and value tracking.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
