You will collaborate with business and technology teams to turn data challenges into measurable solutions that support trusted decisions and Data Products.\nOur Team\nYou will join a global Data Quality team that improves the reliability, consistency, and transparency of enterprise data. The team combines expertise in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Products, and Software Engineering to support enterprise data initiatives.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop and maintain data quality controls that improve the accuracy, consistency and reliability of critical business data. \nPartner with business and technical stakeholders to translate data requirements into measurable and scalable solutions. \nContribute to the definition and continuous improvement of Data Products and governed data assets. \nDesign and maintain Power BI reporting solutions that provide visibility into data quality performance and business impact. \nDevelop technical solutions and automation using SQL, Python and modern data tooling. \nContribute to internal Data Quality and Data Catalog applications and related technical platforms. \nWork within GitLab and GitHub repositories using collaborative software development practices, including code reviews and version control. \nSupport the adoption of modern engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD and technical documentation. \nHelp identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data trustworthiness and increase operational efficiency. \n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \n5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related data-focused role. \nExperience using SQL, Python, and Power BI to develop data, automation, or reporting solutions. \nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience with Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Catalog platforms such as Ataccama, Collibra, Informatica, or Alation. \nExperience contributing to Data Products, metadata management, or enterprise data catalog initiatives. \nExperience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and modern software engineering practices, including continuous integration and delivery and automated testing. \nExperience supporting enterprise resource planning implementations, data migrations, or large-scale data transformation programs. \n\nThis role is not eligible for sponsorship.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
