Our team partners closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, data engineers, BI professionals, and AI practitioners to solve high-value business challenges.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work on real-world problems, influence business decisions, and contribute to solutions that create sustainable value across the organization.\nWhat You Will Do\nTranslate business challenges into well-defined analytical and machine learning problem statements.\nCollect, clean, prepare, and analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover actionable insights.\nPerform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.\nDesign, build, validate, and optimize predictive, statistical, forecasting, and machine learning models.\nDevelop robust feature engineering strategies and evaluate multiple modeling approaches to improve outcomes.\nAssess model performance using appropriate statistical and business metrics.\nBuild scalable, reliable, and production-ready analytical solutions.\nSupport solution deployment through APIs, applications, automated pipelines, dashboards, and cloud-based platforms.\nMonitor model performance, identify data drift, and implement continuous improvement processes.\nCommunicate findings, recommendations, and business insights through clear visualizations and compelling narratives.\nDocument methodologies, assumptions, data sources, and model performance to support governance, transparency, and reuse.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline.\n5+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or applied machine learning.\nStrong programming experience in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and statistical modeling packages.\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with structured and large-scale datasets.\nHands-on experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, optimization, or advanced statistical analysis.\nExperience developing and deploying scalable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.\nExperience working with large, complex, real-world datasets.\nFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to translate analytical results into business recommendations.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience deploying machine learning solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nExperience with time-series forecasting, optimization techniques, and advanced statistical modeling.\nKnowledge of MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and automated retraining.\nExposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-assisted analytics solutions.\nExperience building end-to-end data products and decision-support systems.\nBackground in engineering, applied statistics, operations research, or related quantitative disciplines.\nExperience influencing business decisions through data-driven insights and scalable analytical solutions.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
