We combine business context, modern technology, and AI-enabled delivery practices to create solutions that scale across Koch.\nLocation: This person can be located in Wichita, KS / Plano, TX / Atlanta, GA and requires an in-office presence with flexibility.\nThis role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nCollaborate with business partners to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver AI-enabled data solutions that create measurable business value.\nLead discovery, define requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with stakeholders throughout delivery to ensure solutions achieve intended business outcomes and adoption.\nPartner with data solution engineers and architects to build scalable data solutions that align with established standards and best practices.\nUse AI-assisted development tools to accelerate solution delivery while maintaining ownership of quality, reliability, security, and business outcomes.\nIntegrate, transform, and govern data from multiple sources to create trusted and reusable enterprise data assets.\nBuild and evolve prototypes into scalable production solutions through iterative development, testing, automation, and operational support.\nValidate and continuously improve data solutions through testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and data quality management.\nPartner with customers and technical teams to share best practices, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for reuse and standardization.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n\nExperience in data management, analytics, software development, automation, or a related technical discipline. \nExperience translating business problems into data, analytics, automation, or technology-enabled solutions. \nExperience building prototypes or solutions using code, low-code tools, analytics platforms, data transformation tools, or AI-assisted development capabilities. \nExperience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes. \nExperience validating data quality, testing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and documenting requirements and decisions.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n\nExperience writing and maintaining code in languages such as SQL, Python, or similar technologies. \nExperience with ETL/ELT, APIs, data modeling, metadata management, source control, testing practices, and the product development lifecycle. \nExperience using generative AI or AI coding tools to accelerate development, analysis, testing, or documentation. \nDemonstrated ability to move a prototype toward a scalable, maintainable, and supportable solution. \nExperience with cloud data platforms, enterprise data platforms, ERPs, Microsoft Fabric, Sigma, Tableau, DBT, Snowflake, Power BI, or related technologies. \nUnderstanding of Agile delivery practices and experience working within multidisciplinary product or solution teams. \nDemonstrated ability to connect systems, perform root-cause analysis, and enable reusable, high-quality data. \nAccounting, tax, finance, technology, or other relevant business domain knowledge with an understanding of how data supports business processes and decisions\n\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
