The Demand Planner will be responsible for category demand planning and key account planning for the tissue category within our Consumer Products business. This position will partner with sales and customer planning to gain customer insights, develop a forecast point of view, and lead S&OP meetings with our category team to gain forecast alignment.\nLocation: This is an onsite role at our GP HQ in downtown Atlanta, GA. We offer a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office each week. The company operates more than 150 facilities and employs approximately 30,000 people directly and creates more than 80,000 jobs indirectly.\nWhat You Will Do\nForecast Ownership\nOwn and improve the demand forecast across a 13-week execution horizon and 18+ month planning horizon.\nAnalyze trends, seasonality, customer demand signals, promotions, product transitions, and market changes to develop an accurate forecast.\nMonitor forecast accuracy, bias, risks, and opportunities, while maintaining a clear point of view supported by data. \nCross-Functional Leadership\nLead monthly Demand Alignment and Demand Review processes for your category.\nBuild consensus across Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Planning, and Category teams while owning the final forecast recommendation.\nCommunicate forecast changes, key assumptions, risks, and business impacts to stakeholders and leadership. \nAnalytics & Continuous Improvement\nUse SAP IBP, Excel, Power BI, and other tools to improve forecast quality and business decision-making.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, automate reporting, and enhance forecasting capabilities.\nTranslate data into actionable business insights and recommendations. \nThe Experience You Will Bring (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience in demand planning, supply chain, forecasting, category management, or sales planning \nStrong analytical and forecasting capabilities.\nAbility to influence cross-functional teams through data-driven insights.\nComfort challenging assumptions and providing an independent point of view.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience with SAP IBP planning system\nExperience in Consumer Goods segment; focused on demand planning, statistical forecast management, and end-to-end supply chain planning\n(This position is not eligible for sponsorship)At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
