As part of the Software Solution Group (SSG), you will contribute to software solutions that connect product development, engineering, manufacturing, and operations through enterprise applications, traceability systems, database platforms, system integrations, and analytics. You will work on building and supporting scalable backend applications that improve product quality, manufacturing execution, data integrity, and operational efficiency across the organization.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, develop, and maintainscalable backend services using Python and Django.\n\nBuild and manage RESTful APIsusing Django REST Framework (DRF)to support QMS modules.\n\nImplement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls for enterprise applications.\n\nEnsurebackend systems meet security, reliability, and regulatory compliancerequirements.\n\nCollaborate closely with frontenddevelopers & database engineers to ensure seamless end-to-endintegration.\n\nWrite unit, integration, and API tests using PyTest/ Django Test Framework.\n\nIdentifyand resolve performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and production defects.\n\nParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices.\n\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines, deploymentreadiness, and environment configuration.\n\nMaintain technical documentation for backend architecture, APIs, and data models.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or relatedfield.\n\n3 to 5years of professional experiencein backend development.\n\nStrong programming experience in Python.\n\nHands-on experience with the Djangoframework,ORMinternals, query development, optimization, & troubleshooting in production environments.\n\nStrong experience with DjangoRESTFramework(DRF).\n\nProven experience in RESTAPIdesignand development, including versioning and error handling.\n\nExperience implementing authentication and authorization mechanismssuch as JWT / OAuthand role-based access control.\n\nStrong understanding of backend architecture, service-oriented design, and security best practices.\n\nExperience writing unit and integration testsusing PyTest/ Django Test Framework.\n\nFamiliarity with Gitand SDLCpractices.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience building backend systems for Quality Management Systems (QMS) applications.\n\nExperience with Celery / Redisor other asynchronous processing frameworks.\n\nFamiliarity with API security standards and audit logging.\n\nExperience working in Agile / Scrumdevelopment environments.\n\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
