This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys coordinating activities, organizing information, working with different teams, and helping create a safe and compliant workplace.\n\nOur Team\n\nYou’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-regional Compliance team, with a local focus on supporting EH&S needs at our corporate office. We work closely with diverse teams and functions, combining local support with the experience and collaboration of a broader regional team.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport day-to-day environmental, health, safety, and compliance activities for the Guadalajara office.\nCoordinate safety and compliance training, awareness activities, and communications for employees and emergency response teams.\nHelp organize emergency preparedness activities, including brigade training, drills, civil protection plans, and related documentation.\nMonitor applicable workplace safety and environmental requirements in Mexico and help maintain records for reviews, inspections, and audits.\nTrack workplace incidents, accidents, medical leaves, corrective actions, and follow-up activities, maintaining accurate and confidential documentation.\nCoordinate occupational health activities and health campaigns with the site medical service and internal stakeholders.\nSupport workplace security coordination with Facilities, Human Resources, and service providers, including follow-up on risks and incidents.\nOrganize basic EHS and occupational health data and prepare simple metrics or reports to support decision-making.\nCollaborate with employees and cross-functional teams to identify practical opportunities to improve safety and compliance processes.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBasic exposure to at least one of the following areas: workplace safety, environmental compliance, occupational health, or emergency preparedness. Exposure gained through internships, professional placements, or university projects qualifies.\nBasic knowledge of workplace safety practices and environmental, health, and safety requirements in Mexico.\nAbility to organize records, follow up on action items, analyze basic data, and handle sensitive information responsibly.\nAbility to communicate clearly, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and follow up on identified issues and actions\nFluent Spanish and intermediate English, with the ability and willingness to work with global teams.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or a similar field.\nExposure to EHS management or incident-tracking systems; Enablon experience is a plus.\nExperience through internships or professional practices in a corporate office, shared-services, multi-site, or global environment.\nFamiliarity with emergency brigades, civil protection activities, occupational health programs, or workplace security coordination.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
