This role will ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen our safety culture, and support environmental sustainability initiatives while partnering across all plant functions. \nOur Team:\nYou will be part of the Manufacturing Services organization, collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and General Affairs to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations, facility projects, and future site growth initiatives.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead site EHS programs, policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives\nEnsure compliance with applicable environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations\nMaintain and continuously improve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems\nSupport compliance with corporate EHS standards and applicable RBA requirements\nCoordinate environmental permits, licenses, records, and regulatory documentation\nLead hazard identification, risk assessments, and implementation of effective controls\nManage incident, injury, near-miss, and unsafe condition investigations and corrective actions\nDevelop and deliver EHS training programs across the site\nCoordinate emergency preparedness plans, drills, brigades, and evacuation programs\nDrive contractor safety programs and EHS compliance requirements\nManage environmental programs related to waste, emissions, water, chemicals, and reporting requirements\nSupport sustainability initiatives and corporate environmental objectives\nConduct audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and risk assessments\nEstablish and communicate EHS KPIs, performance metrics, and improvement plans\nFoster employee engagement and a proactive safety culture throughout the plant \nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications):\nBachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field\n5+ years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment\nExperience managing EHS management systems and regulatory compliance programs\nKnowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards\nExperience leading incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action programs\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nAdvanced English proficiency\nWhat Will Put You Ahead:\nProfessional certifications in Environmental, Health & Safety disciplines\nExperience within automotive and/or electronics manufacturing environments\nKnowledge of RBA requirements and sustainability programs\nExperience interacting with governmental authorities and regulatory agencies\nExperience implementing safety culture transformation initiatives\nStrong data analysis and KPI management capabilities \nWho We Are:\nAs a Koch company, Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, driving innovation in electronics and supporting industries from automotive to health care and consumer to data communications.
