We are seeking an EHS & Facilities Manager to lead the development and execution of our facilities strategy while ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.\nThis role is an opportunity to shape the future of our site through infrastructure improvements, modernization initiatives, capital investments, and workplace enhancements that support business growth and improve the employee experience.\nAs the EHS & Facilities Manager, you will lead a facilities and maintenance team while partnering closely with Operations, Project Management, Commercial, EH&S, and other stakeholders to align priorities, execute projects, and create long-term value for the business.\nWhat You Will Do\nStrategic Leadership & Site Development \nDevelop and execute a long-term facilities strategy aligned with business objectives. \nLead campus improvement, modernization, and infrastructure investment initiatives. \nCommunicate facility priorities, project progress, and investment opportunities to business leaders. \nIdentify opportunities to improve site performance, employee experience, and operational effectiveness. \nTeam Leadership \nLead, coach, and develop a high-performing facilities and maintenance team. \nEstablish clear priorities, expectations, and accountability. \nFoster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and principled entrepreneurship. \nFacilities & Operational Stewardship \nEnsure facility systems, utilities, infrastructure, and grounds support safe, reliable, and efficient operations. \nIdentify and mitigate facility-related risks impacting people, operations, or the environment. \nPromote proactive hazard identification, risk reduction, and operational discipline. \nPartner across the organization to ensure facilities support business and compliance requirements. \nProject, Contractor & Financial Management \nLead facility-related capital projects from planning through execution. \nManage contractor and vendor relationships to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-effective outcomes. \nDevelop and manage facility operating and capital budgets. \nImprove cost visibility and identify opportunities to maximize the value of facility investments. \nBusiness Partnership \nPartner with Operations, Project Management, Commercial, EH&S, and other stakeholders to prioritize and execute initiatives. \nTranslate facility needs into clear business cases and actionable recommendations. \nBuild strong relationships that enable collaboration and effective decision-making. \n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nDemonstrated ability to influence safety culture and drive risk-based decision making across employees, contractors, and business partners. \nExperience leading facilities, maintenance, engineering, operations support, or similar functions in an industrial or manufacturing environment. \nExperience leading and developing teams. \nExperience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers. \nExperience managing operating and capital investments \nExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate priorities, solve problems, and successfully execute projects. \nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience leading facility modernization, campus development, or infrastructure improvement initiatives. \nExperience supporting a large manufacturing or industrial campus. \nExperience creating visibility to costs and improving financial decision-making. \nAbility to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups. \nExperience building employee engagement and enthusiasm around organizational investment and change. \nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
