The Georgia-Pacific West Chester facility is located in the heart of historical Butler County and conveniently close to several metropolitan areas.\nTo learn more about this location or our Packaging division, please visit: www.gppackaging.com\nSalary & Benefits\nStarting pay is $34.50 and up depending on experience, skills and certifications\n$2/hr shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift\nPerformance Pay Bonuses (paid out quarterly)\n80 hours of vacation each year, available after the first 6 months of employment\nHeath Insurance (BCBS - Anthem)\nDental Insurance (Delta Dental)\nVision (VSP)\n401k contributions and employer match\nEducational assistance\n10 paid holidays\nShift\nCurrently hiring for 2nd (3:00pm - 11:00pm) Shift.\nEmployees must be available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.\nWhat You Will Do In Your Role\nTroubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability.\nPerform routine scheduled preventative maintenance.\nRespond to unscheduled floor calls, troubleshoot, and perform repairs with a sense of urgency.\nWork in collaboration with a knowledgeable maintenance team and communicative leadership.\nWork with industrial machinery to inspect, repair or analyze mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic components.\nUse hand tools, power tools, precision-measuring devices, testing instruments.\nSupport our safe working environment by adhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)\nWilling and able to work any shift, holiday, weekends, and overtime as needed.\nProvide a self-discipline work ethic.\nCritically problem-solve with team members to solve complicated and challenging problems.\nThe Experience You Will Bring:\nRequirements:\nIndustrial electrical knowledge with electric motor instillation and frequency drive troubleshooting (Allen Bradley, Lenze, Siemens)\nExperience with reading and understanding electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.\nExperience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes and conveyors.\nExperience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, fluid, and pneumatics.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead:\nAt least two (2) years of industrial maintenance/military experience OR a two (2) year electrical mechanical maintenance degree.\nExperience with printing HP printing equipment.\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nExperience with troubleshooting PLC’s but no programing required (Siemens, Allen Bradley)\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
