# Electroless Nickel Plating Line Operator / Technician

Your Job Our Molex team in Little Falls, MN is seeking an Electroless Nickel Plating Line Operator / Technician to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will operate and monitor an electroless nickel plating line while helping ensure components meet quality, safety, and production requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and able to consistently follow established processes and work instructions. Previous experience with plating or metal finishing is preferred, but we are also interested in candidates with strong manufacturing experience and a willingness to learn. What You Will Do Operate electroless nickel plating equipment according to established work instructions, procedures, and production schedules Perform line setup and changeovers, including racks, fixtures, rollers, and proper part orientation Monitor plating and rinse-tank operating conditions, including temperature, filtration, flow, and other required process parameters Perform in-process inspections, including visual inspection, plating thickness measurements, and other required quality checks Complete required production
