Support new and existing products that meet or exceed customer expectations.Support Sr. Engineers and manager on all projects and product management in developmentto generate revenue and growth for Business Unit.\n EDUCATION:\n REQUIRED:\n Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Optical or Electrical\n PREFERRED:\n None\n WORK EXPERIENCE:\n REQUIRED:\n 5+ years design or engineeringexperience.\n PREFERRED:\n With 5+ years engineering experience on OMSproducts such as EDFAs or switchmodules or subsystemsand 3+ years product management experience\n SKILLS & ABILITIES:\n REQUIRED:\n\nGood demand analysis ability\n ·Familiar with R&D procedure\n ·Familiar with NPI process\n ·Familiar with Q&A system\n ·Familiar with optical components or optical modules or System, knew related key features/ principle/manufacturing processes well\n ·Familiar with product applications, understand the demand of target market and fundamental state of related competitors\n ·Sensitive risk awareness and with some risk analysis and control skills\n ·Good verbal and written skills for exchange of information in a clear and concise manner.\n ·Good at Agile/ Oracle system and Microsoft Project/ Microsoft Visio\n PREFERRED:\n ·Good product plan ability\n\n At Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
