If you enjoy learning new areas of the business, influencing decisions, and helping shape the future of finance, you'll find meaningful opportunities to grow here.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the annual planning process, five-year strategic forecast, and ongoing driver-based forecasting activities for the Transportation & Industrial Solutions (TIS) Division.\nPartner with business and functional leaders to align assumptions, key business drivers, and strategic priorities into an integrated financial outlook.\nDevelop actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing financial performance, operational results, risks, and emerging opportunities.\nBuild a deep understanding of the division's P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and return-on-capital drivers.\nServe as a trusted advisor to leadership by connecting operational decisions and market dynamics to financial outcomes.\nPrepare and present concise, executive-ready reporting that highlights performance trends, key drivers, risks, opportunities, and decision points.\nSupport business leaders with scenario modeling, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making.\nHelp shape and accelerate the FP&A organization's AI-enabled transformation by identifying opportunities to improve processes, insights, and decision quality.\nPartner with technology and solution teams to develop, implement, and scale new financial planning and reporting capabilities.\nDrive continuous improvement by enhancing forecasting accuracy, governance, data quality, and reporting efficiency.\nBuild strong cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes across finance, operations, commercial, and business leadership teams.\nCoach and develop finance talent while fostering a culture of curiosity, business partnership, and continuous learning.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a closely related field.\nProgressive experience in FP&A, accounting, or related analytical discipline.\nAdvanced financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, and ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations for senior leaders.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience within a global manufacturing organization.\nProficiency with SAP, OneStream, Snowflake (including Cortex and Streamlit) or similar platforms.\nSuccess leading cross-functional initiatives and developing finance professionals.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
