Our team values intellectual curiosity, initiative, collaboration, and accountability, and works closely with stakeholders across functions and geographies to deliver meaningful business impact.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nIn alignment with Molex’s risk philosophy, completing financialanalyses and reviewsfor the purpose of understanding counterparty risk, determining appropriate credit limits and terms for new and existing customers\nActive portfolio ownershipof assigned customer baseto monitor andmaintain credit risk exposures \nCollaborating and developing partnerships with commercial teams by providing actionable input and recommendations for business risk decisions\nProviding commercial teams with transparency to portfolio performance and risks to help drive profitable decisions\nContinuously seeking opportunities through innovation for process improvement and system optimization\nAdvance our Principle-Based Management® culture by applying and reinforcing the company’s Core Values and Principles\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or Business or related field\nStrong experience with Excel (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation) Word and PowerPoint\nStrong communication skills (both written and verbal) necessary for professional interactions with both external and internal contacts\nAbility to proactively engage in a rapidly changing business environment while demonstrating a high level of transparency, accountability, and collaboration\nDetail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to define problems, multi-task, meet deadlines, and be a collaborative team player\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nOne or more years of relevant experience (i.e. financial statement analysis, risk analysis, economic modelling and research, portfolio management, credit, treasury)\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or other data visualization software/tools\nProficient with SAP\nProcess Transformation / Process Automation / Process Implementation experience\nLanguage skills in addition to English\n\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
