# Group Manager, Business Development

Your Job Molex is seeking a Group Manager of Business Development to lead and develop a global team of Business Development Managers focused on strategic growth and key customer accounts. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, identify emerging market opportunities, and translate Voice of Customer insights into strategies that drive long-term growth. You will partner across Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to uncover unmet needs, identify portfolio gaps, and influence new product development. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and commercial acumen, with the ability to engage deeply with customers, understand evolving market dynamics, and partner across the organization to deliver innovative solutions that create value for both customers and Molex. The position can be performed remotely; however, proximity to our Lisle, IL headquarters is preferred to support collaboration with key stakeholders.
