Come join Molex and help build the future of global connectivity\n\nWhat You Will Do\nCreate product interfaces and tests using Python.\nCreate technical drawings, schematics, procedures and technical reports, providing clear communication to internal teams.\nConduct tests and inspections of products and test stations to ensure proper functionality and compliance with specifications.\nParticipate in project planning and implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.\nEnsure compliance with Molex quality standards and industry certifications.\nProvide on-site support at production facilities.\nDrive signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance.\nCollaborate with optical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for NPI and production.\nInterface with customers and vendors for technical discussions and component selection.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering\nStrong foundation in electrical engineering principles and problem-solving abilities\nExperience with Python\nTeamwork and communication skills to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross functional teams\nAt 1-5 years of hardware design experience\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nMasters or PhD in Electrical Engineering\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
