We are committed to operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience and manufacturing operations.\nWhat You Will Do\nBuild strong relationships with supervisors and employees to support day-to-day workforce operations.\nMaintain a visible and active presence on the production floor to understand operational needs and identify potential risks.\nSupport Time & Attendance processes to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and operational continuity.\nPartner with supervisors to promote accountability and reinforce workforce management best practices.\nProactively identify attendance, scheduling, and workforce-related issues before they impact employees or payroll.\nMonitor workforce data and trends to support informed decision-making and operational improvements.\nCoordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams and ensure timely follow-through to closure.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts that strengthen operational discipline, employee experience, and process effectiveness.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience supporting HR Operations, Workforce Administration, Time & Attendance, Payroll Support, or related operational processes.\nExperience working directly with supervisors and employees in a manufacturing or production environment.\nExperience using workforce management or Time & Attendance systems.\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience with Kronos, UKG, Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, or similar systems. \nKnowledge of attendance management, schedule administration, attendance exceptions, and time clock processes.\nExperience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations. \nAbility to influence supervisors and drive process compliance without direct authority. \nExperience analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and supporting corrective actions.\nExperience participating in continuous improvement initiatives within HR or manufacturing environments.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
