Our team is committed to continuous improvement and advancing company culture.\nWhat You Will Do\nTransform business strategy into customized HR solutions that support organizational goals.\nProvide strategic HR consultancy to improve employee performance, retention, and engagement.\nEnsure compliance with Molex corporate policies and statutory labor requirements.\nCollaborate with the recruitment team to deliver effective talent acquisition and resource planning.\nFacilitate employee training, development activities, and talent reviews.\nManage employee relations, including labor/legal issues, disputes, and performance improvement plans.\nAct as a proactive partner to steward and advance company culture.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Labor Relations, HR, Psychology, or related fields.\n7 years’ HR Generalist experience in a multinational company.\nEnglish level B2 (advanced, effective in several contexts).\nStrong knowledge of the local talent market and labor law.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nPrevious experience as an HRBP.\nMaster’s degree in a related field.\nKnowledge of problem-solving methodologies (5 Why’s, 8D, DMAIC, etc.).\nAbility to lead transformation and continuous improvement processes.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
