This role provides hands-on experience across a variety of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, employee engagement, organizational development, HR operations, and early-career talent programs.\nThe intern will partner with HR professionals, business leaders, supervisors, and interns throughout OCG to support people-related initiatives while gaining exposure to strategic and operational Human Resources practices within a global manufacturing and technology organization.\nWhat You Will Do\nTalent Acquisition\nSupport candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring manager communication. \nHelp track recruiting metrics and candidate pipeline activity. \nSupport program events, networking opportunities, and development activities. \nOnboarding & Employee Experience\nAssist with new employee onboarding activities and orientation sessions. \nHelp coordinate onboarding schedules, communications, and training resources. \nMaintain onboarding materials and process documentation. \nSupport employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs. \nAssist with employee surveys and feedback collection. \nHR Operations & Compliance\nSupport HR record management and documentation processes. \nAssist with HR systems data updates and audits. \nMaintain confidentiality of employee information and records. \nSupport compliance-related activities and special projects as assigned. \nOrganizational & Workforce Development\nAssist with workforce planning and organizational effectiveness projects. \nSupport reporting, data analysis, and presentation development. \nHelp identify trends and insights from employee and recruiting data. \nParticipate in HR projects that support OCG's growth strategy. \nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or related field. \nExpected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029. \nMinimum GPA of 3.5. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). \nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. \nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nPrevious leadership experience through student organizations, work experience, athletics, or volunteer activities. \nInterest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nExperience working in a collaborative team environment. \nFor this role, we anticipate paying $26 - $28 per hour. \nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
