You will play a critical role in aligning production requirements, customer commitments, inventory accuracy, and transportation execution to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction\nKey responsibilities include:\nLead daily logistics activities, including receiving, shipping, warehousing, inventory movements, material handling, and internal material flow.\nEnsure on-time delivery performance while meeting customer-specific requirements.\nCoordinate priorities with Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse, Traffic, Purchasing, Quality, and Operations teams.\nMonitor logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, shipment adherence, inventory accuracy, freight costs, premium freight, and logistics productivity.\nDevelop and coach logistics personnel while supporting performance management, training, and workforce planning.\nDrive compliance with safety, customs, trade, quality, and customer requirements, including CTPAT/OEA and automotive industry standards.\nSupport inventory control activities, including cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancy resolution, and root cause analysis.\nPromote continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and problem-solving initiatives.\nSupport a culture focused on safety, quality, operational excellence, and value creation.\nWho You Are\nYou are a results-oriented logistics leader with strong operational discipline, analytical capabilities, and a passion for developing people and improving processes. You thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and effectively collaborate across multiple functions to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience within automotive, electronics, or manufacturing environments.\nStrong knowledge of SAP and ERP/MRP systems.\nExperience managing domestic and international 3PL providers.\nKnowledge of automotive customer requirements, IATF 16949 environments, MMOG/LE, EDI, ASN, and customer portals.\nExperience with IMMEX, import/export operations, customs compliance, and trade regulations.\nAdvanced Excel and data analysis skills.\nWho You Are ( Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing operations.\nPrevious leadership or supervisory experience.\nEnglish proficiency.\nKnowledge of warehouse management, shipping processes, inventory control, and customer delivery execution.\nExperience applying Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis methodologies.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
