Team members are empowered to challenge the status quo, develop capabilities, and create value through collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and coordinate infrastructure operations and support.\nPrioritize and balance workloads to meet business and service objectives.\nEnsure infrastructure availability, reliability, security, and performance.\nServe as the escalation point for complex issues and disruptions.\nLead major incident response, communication, and resolution.\nDrive root cause analysis and improvements that prevent recurring issues.\nMentor team members and strengthen technical and operational capabilities.\nPartner with stakeholders to improve service delivery and effectiveness.\nSupport maintenance, upgrades, capacity planning, and technology refreshes.\nEstablish and improve operational metrics, service levels, and KPIs.\nSimplify processes, automate routine tasks, and improve efficiency.\nMaintain operational documentation, standards, procedures, and knowledge resources.\nPromote consistency, accountability, and discipline across support processes.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience leading operational activities, projects, initiatives, or teams within an IT infrastructure or technology operations environment.\nExperience troubleshooting and coordinating the resolution of complex technology issues.\nExperience supporting enterprise infrastructure, systems, or operational environments.\nExperience collaborating across technical and business teams to achieve desired outcomes.\nExperience mentoring, coaching, or providing guidance to team members and peers.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience utilizing GenAI technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery\nExperience leading infrastructure operations in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technology-focused environment.\nExperience supporting enterprise infrastructure technologies such as networking, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, storage, collaboration technologies, or end-user computing.\nExperience with incident management, problem management, change management, and service management practices.\nExperience using operational metrics and performance indicators to improve service delivery.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
