You’ll be surrounded by people who value ownership, clear communication, and doing quality work.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nManage the status and schedule of all customer Orders, Returns, Complaints and Requests\nEnsure Customer inquiries/issues are addressed/ resolved to completion\nEnsure accuracy of data and requirements in SAP\nManage execution, requirements and maintenance of Customer Programs\nResolve Order-related issues with intercompany departments\nIssue Quotations and follow-up on the status\nPrepare and utilize analysis reports to improve programs and communication/follow-up with Customers\nPrepare Order, RMA and Forecast status reports.\nBackup Account/Sales Managers during Travel\nUpdate Customer portals\nIssue open order ECOs \n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nDemonstrated experience in a customer-facing service role\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills\nAbility to multi-task and manage a high volume of work effectively\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nBachelor's degree (BA/BS)\nExperience working in SAP\nIntermediate excel skills (reporting, data tracking, analysis)\nExperience with similar optical connectivity products\nExperience in connectors, high-tech, or manufacturing industries\nFamiliarity with order-to-cash processes and production environments\nExperience with Power BI or similar reporting tools \nFor this role, we anticipate paying $75,000 - $105,000 per year, paid hourly.
