The successful candidate will lead a team of diverse professionals responsible for applying engineering judgment and data analytics to identify, prioritize, and mitigate threats to asset integrity, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations.\nOur Team\nOur team, consisting of pipeline integrity engineers and specialists, is dedicated to identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats for FHR owned and operated pipeline assets across the country. We apply an ownership mindset to make critical, risk-based decisions grounded in economic thinking and responsible stewardship, supported by detailed engineering analysis.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and coach employees on our PBM culture by building capability, developing talent, and setting clear expectations - translating our Asset Management vision into actionable team objectives and priorities and empowering each team member to maximize their contributions.\nProvide oversight to a diverse group of engineers and integrity specialists - actively managing team workload and the quality of the team’s risk analysis results and recommendations.\nEnsure consistent adherence to regulatory requirements and internal programs - safeguarding company assets and demonstrating compliance.\nBuild trusted partnerships across FHR’s pipelines and terminals asset owners by understanding their business and proactively driving innovation that creates value.\nEffectively communicate mechanical integrity risk analysis and recommendations to various business leaders and operational asset owners articulating the appropriate use of business resources to meet FHR’s stewardship objectives.\nCollaborate with various capabilities, including operations, corrosion control, and damage prevention, to collectively achieve safety and performance goals. Oversee the team’s participation in regulatory and third-party audits, ensuring mechanical integrity programs are clearly communicated and supported by documentation that demonstrates compliance.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n Bachelor's degree in engineering, a technical field, or 3-5 years of related experience\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nDemonstrated experience in talent development and coaching with PBM.\nProven ability to lead or influence transformation by championing new technologies, automation, and innovative ways of working, empowering others to adapt quickly and maximize value creation.\nPrevious mechanical integrity engineering experience. Including strong knowledge of pipeline integrity principles, regulations, and industry standards\nDemonstrated ability to oversee operational processes and effectively demonstrate compliance with internal programs and regulations.\nFamiliarity with pipeline risk assessment methodologies, including fitness-for-service assessments.\nThis role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
