You will oversee internal and third-party validation activities while developing the team and maintaininga safe, well-managed laboratory environment.\nOur Team\nYou will lead the Quality laboratory team and report to the Senior Quality Manager.The team works closely with AQP, R&D, internal stakeholders, and third-party laboratories to support product validation and business needs.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the team in coordinating and monitoring validation execution in both internal and third-party laboratories according to approved test plans.\n\nReview and approve test reports before publication.\n\nManage internal laboratory operations, including laboratory investment planning, equipment maintenance, and the establishment and maintenance of laboratory systems such as CNAS.\n\nLead daily laboratory team management, including performance review processes, people development, and EHS activities.\n\nEnsure that team capability meets business requirements.\n\nProvide technical and operational support to AQP and R&D teams for validationactivities.\n\nEnsure smooth day-to-day operation of the internal laboratory and completion of validation testing according to test plans.\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor's degree or above.\n\nAt least 5 years of laboratory management experience supporting automotive electronic products.\n\nKnowledge of validation specifications from different automotive OEM customers.\n\nExperience with laboratory operations and validationequipment setup.\n\nGood English communication skills and practical computer skills.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nRF testing experience, including familiarity with equipment such as network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, audio analyzers, and data acquisition cards.\n\nKnowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CNAS requirements.\n\nWho We Are\nAs a Koch company, Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, driving innovation in electronics and supporting industries from automotive to health care and consumer to data communications.
