Come realize your full potential and join our team!\n\nWhat You Will Do\nPerforming a variety of laboratory test methods in an efficient and accurate manner\nMaintaining laboratory equipment health by performing calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair tasks\nMaintaining laboratory data within a LIMS database\nMonitoring laboratory data for trends and implementing appropriate action\nEvaluating raw materials used in product formulations\nAid in formulation development and optimization\nActively communicating with terminal personnel, the technical group and support staff\nParticipating in various meetings with internal/external business segments while focusing on maintaining and developing relationships that create value to the business\nAchieving satisfactory results in key metrics related to product quality, specification compliance, environmental, health and safety performance\nDriving improvements by profitably applying innovation\nPhysical ability to occasionally sit, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, reach, bend, and twist\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds (with frequent carrying of up to 25 pounds)\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nMathematical competency of Algebra 1 or higher\nA high school diploma or equivalent\nA valid driver's license\nAbility to travel as needed to support the business needs and to further professional development\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nLaboratory experience (academic or industry)\nBachelor's degree in a science-related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc\nExperience applying the scientific method and designing laboratory experiments\n\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $25-$30 per hour.
