# Logistics & Distribution Operations Manager

Your Job Molex LLC is seeking a Global Logistics & Distribution Operations Manager - OCG that will be responsible for end-to-end logistics execution across multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers worldwide. This role ensures the efficient movement of raw materials, subassemblies, finished fiber optic cable assemblies, and customer shipments while maintaining high service levels, cost discipline, and regulatory compliance. This position owns global distribution center operations, third-party logistics, outbound customer fulfillment, and site-to-site material flows, working closely with manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, and commercial teams to support on-time delivery and scalable growth. Location: Hybrid position with preference to be based out of our Hudson, WI or Eden Prairie, MN. *Open to remote with extended travel on a weekly basis.
