We partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure reliable transportation, warehousing, and brokerage solutions while driving efficiency, resiliency, and long-term value. This role will focus primarily on supporting the Americas region while collaborating with a broader global logistics procurement organization.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport category strategies across transportation, warehousing, and customs brokerage services throughout the Americas\nLead sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities for regional logistics providers\nAnalyze transportation, warehousing, and logistics spend to identify cost savings, performance improvements, and supply chain efficiencies\nDevelop and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive service, innovation, and value creation\nMonitor market trends, rates, capacity constraints, and industry developments across trucking, rail, ocean, air freight, warehousing, and brokerage services\nPartner with operations, supply chain, finance, and business leaders to align sourcing activities with business objectives\nSupport supplier performance management, including scorecards, business reviews, and corrective action plans\nContribute to regional and global procurement initiatives that improve network efficiency and standardize best practices\nUtilize data and analytics to support decision-making and measure sourcing impact\n\nSkills & Capabilities\nSupplier Management & Negotiation: Builds productive supplier relationships and negotiates agreements that balance cost, service, and risk.\nBusiness & Financial Acumen: Understands key logistics cost drivers and evaluates sourcing decisions through a value-focused lens.\nAnalytical Mindset: Uses data, market intelligence, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.\nCollaboration & Influence: Works effectively across functions and regions to align priorities and achieve business outcomes.\nExecution Excellence: Manages multiple projects simultaneously and delivers results in a fast-paced environment.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field\nExperience in procurement, sourcing, logistics, transportation, warehousing, customs brokerage, and/or third-party logistics services\nExperience negotiating supplier agreements and managing vendor relationships\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend, cost, and operational performance data\nUnderstanding of transportation modes including truck, rail, ocean, and air freight\nAbility to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders\nWillingness to travel up to 20%\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience supporting regional category strategies within logistics or supply chain functions\nKnowledge of transportation markets, freight pricing, warehousing operations, and customs brokerage services\nExperience with sourcing methodologies, supplier performance management, and contract administration\nStrong financial analysis skills, including cost modeling and value tracking\nExperience working across multiple countries within North America\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $135,000 per year.
