As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flowofgoodsacrossdomesticandinternationalsupplychains.Youwillcoordinatetransportationactivities,supportcustomsclearanceprocesses,andworkcloselywithsuppliers,customers,andlogisticspartnerstoensuretimelymaterialdeliveriesthatsupportbusinessoperations.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Collaborate with customs agencies and logistics partners to support import and export operations.
- Monitor supply chain activities and proactively identify risks that could impact delivery performance.
- Manage returnable packaging flows and support production requirements through effective inventory coordination.
- Prepare logistics and customs-related reports that support operational and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and transportation providers to drive efficient logistics solutions.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or currently pursuing higher education in Logistics.
- Proven experience in a Logistics Specialist or similar logistics-focused role.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export processes.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working with international transportation providers and customs agencies.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
- Experience preparing reporting for INTRASTAT, GUS, or similar regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and mitigate logistics risks.
