We collaborate closely with production, safety, and engineering teams to achieve our business goals.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and promote safety and environmental standards, ensuring compliance and proactive risk prevention.\nAnalyze and improve equipment performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting TPM and 5S activities.\nDiagnose equipment failures, recommend countermeasures, and communicate solutions to minimize downtime.\nMaintain accurate documentation, participate in audits, and contribute to the development and implementation of management systems.\nFoster a culture of quality, ethics, and teamwork, acting as a role model for company values.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automation, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems.\nProficiency in reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and using Microsoft Office.\nWorking knowledge of PLCs (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens), robots (Fanuc, Kuka), and inverters.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nBasic knowledge of Mexican health, safety, and environmental standards.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience with reliability centered maintenance principles.\nSpecialization in automation/PLC/robotics or electrical/electronics.\nKnowledge of AutoCAD and advanced troubleshooting of industrial networks (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet).\nDemonstrated leadership in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
