Through your work, you will contribute to maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient operations within a regulated manufacturing and cleanroom environment.\nOur Team\nYou will be part of the Operations team, working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that equipment and facilities are properly maintained to support production requirements.\nYou will coordinate the activities of the maintenance technical team and supervise external suppliers and contractors providing maintenance and infrastructure-related services.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and coordinate the maintenance technician team in the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.\nEnsure the availability and proper operation of manufacturing equipment, peripheral equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.\nDevelop, coordinate, and follow up on preventive maintenance routines and programs.\nMonitor maintenance performance through key indicators such as downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance compliance.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement improvement actions to address recurring equipment failures.\nSupport infrastructure improvement projects, equipment installations, machinery transfers, and new equipment implementation.\nCoordinate and supervise external suppliers and contractors during the execution of maintenance and infrastructure services.\nManage the spare parts warehouse, tools, inventory levels, and maintenance-related materials.\nSupport TPM, predictive maintenance, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety, environmental, quality, and cleanroom requirements.\nSupport the maintenance and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment and related systems.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.\n5+ years of maintenance experience within medical device, pharmaceutical, food, or automotive manufacturing environments, with experience working in cleanrooms or controlled environments.\nHands-on experience and knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.\nKnowledge of automated manufacturing equipment and supporting systems.\nTechnical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, extraction, and other industrial systems.\nExperience coordinating maintenance teams and technical activities.\nExperience supervising and following up on work performed by external suppliers or contractors.\nKnowledge of maintenance performance indicators and root cause analysis methodologies.\nConversational English proficiency, including the ability to communicate on technical topics.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience supporting manufacturing processes and equipment with a high level of automation.\nKnowledge of TPM and predictive maintenance methodologies.\nExperience using SAP or similar systems for maintenance management.\nExperience supporting equipment installation and transfer, as well as infrastructure improvement projects.\nKnowledge of ISO 14001 or environmental management systems.\nStrong problem-solving, technical leadership, planning, and continuous improvement skills.\nWho We Are\nPhillips Medisize, a Molex company, collaborates with industry leaders to design and manufacture drug delivery systems, medical devices and diagnostic tools that save and improve the quality of life for millions of patients annually.
