Click here to see how corrugated boxes are made, and click here to explore our products!\nWhat You Will Do\nPerform periodic maintenance routines including lubricating machines and equipment for improved reliability and up time.\nTroubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install equipment in compliance with all plant policies and procedures.\nWork with machinery and mechanical equipment including motors, pneumatic & hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and production line equipment.\nTroubleshoot and maintain electrical and PLC systems.\nRead diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturer’s specifications for installations.\nUse hand tools, power tools and precision-measuring devices and testing instruments.\nWork with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.\nMaintain accurate maintenance logs including labor hours and critical preventative maintenance findings\nAdhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participating in the safety program.\nAssist in the development and implementation of reliability centered maintenance strategies\nApply simple problem-solving methods such as 5 Whys to reduce and eliminate failures.\nWork in a hot, humid, cold, dusty, and noisy industrial environment\nPerform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in an industrial environment.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nElectrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, military, or similar environment .\nExperience working with computer systems in an industrial and/or technical environment.\nExperience troubleshooting machinery and quality issues.\nExperience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience operating Digital and/or Flexo Printing Presses\nExperience in corrugated packaging, folding carton, printing, or Point of Purchase (POP) display industries.\nExperience with reliability and Preventative Maintenance (PM) systems\nExperience with print production processes and color theory\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $31.75+ per hour, based on skills and experience.
