This position creates value by safely assisting with the production of corrugated sheets to be made into printed boxes for our valued customers. We offer opportunities for advancement as those openings occur.\nShift\nCurrently hiring for 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:00pm), 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm) & 3rd Shift (11:00pm - 7:00am). \nEmployees must be available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.\nSalary & Benefit\nStarting pay is $35.50 per hour, with the actual starting rate depending on experience, skills, and certifications.\nPerformance Pay Bonuses (paid out quarterly)\n80 hours of vacation each year, available after the first 6 months of employment\nHeath Insurance (BCBS - Anthem)\nDental Insurance (Delta Dental)\nVision (VSP)\n401k contributions and employer match\nEducational assistance\n10 paid holidays\n\nWhat You Will Do\nTroubleshoot, repair, install, align, and maintain industrial mechanical and electrical equipment to improve reliability and uptime.\nPerform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond with urgency to unplanned equipment issues.\nTroubleshoot motors, drives, electrical controls, PLC/HMI hardware, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and production equipment.\nRead and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, schematics, manuals, and manufacturer specifications.\nPartner with operations and maintenance team members to identify priorities and solve complex equipment problems.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records, including labor hours and critical preventive-maintenance findings.\nFollow all plant safety and environmental procedures, including required PPE.\nPerform the physical requirements of the role and work in hot, cold, humid, dusty, and noisy industrial conditions.\nWork any assigned shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nOne or more years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or military environment; OR a two-year electrical controls degree and at least one year of industrial maintenance experience.\nExperience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics & pneumatics.\nExperience with reading electrical, hydraulic, & mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and precision measurements.\nExperience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors, rollers, pulleys, and shafts.\nExperience using a computer for record-keeping and documentation functions.\nWhat will Put You Ahead\nExperience working in the corrugated packaging or the containerboard industry.\nExperience troubleshooting boiler operations.\nExperience with industrial air compressors.\nMechanical maintenance experience includes fluid handling and conveyor systems, accumulators, valve identification, application, and welding.\nExperience installing and troubleshooting electric motors up to 480V, and various electrical/controls components, such as relays, switches, drives, input & output cards.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
