In this role, you will help produce quality products while minimizing production downtime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Successful candidates are self-directed problem solvers who can effectively manage scheduled maintenance activities while responding to unplanned equipment and facility needs.\nOur Team\nPhillips Medisize is a medical device manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding. The Maintenance team consists of four technicians and a supervisor who work collaboratively to support both internal and external customers. Team members enjoy sharing knowledge, solving problems together, and supporting one another's development. This role offers a variety of responsibilities, providing opportunities to learn new skills, tackle unique challenges, and grow your career.\nWhat You Will Do\nDiagnose equipment malfunctions using appropriate testing equipment and structured troubleshooting methods\nMaintain equipment uptime and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by ensuring preventive and predictive maintenance activities are completed on schedule\nDocument maintenance activities and repairs accurately within the Maintenance Work Order System to support internal and regulatory compliance requirements\nParticipate in problem-solving and continuous improvement projects involving existing and new equipment to support successful installations and operational improvements\nPerform maintenance and repair on electrical circuits up to Class 1 per NFPA-70 requirements\nPerform maintenance and repair activities on HVAC systems, compressed air systems, chilled water systems, and heat pump equipment\nChampion safety by ensuring adherence to OSHA and Phillips Medisize safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout and machine guarding practices, while reinforcing these expectations with peers\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nExperience performing maintenance, repair, or mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing, industrial, commercial, distribution, facilities, or military environment\nExperience performing mechanical repairs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining building or facility systems\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience performing maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and problem-solving on machines and industrial equipment\nExperience managing preventive maintenance programs within an MRP or ERP system\nExperience collaborating across maintenance, production, engineering, or operations teams to resolve equipment or facility-related issues\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
