You will develop and improve manufacturing processes while helping drive projects from process development through manufacturing readiness.\nOur Team\nYou will be part of the Engineering team and collaborate closely with Project Engineering, Quality, Validation, Operations, Supply Chain, external suppliers, and equipment vendors. Together, the team supports successful product launches, manufacturing improvements, and compliant production processes.\nWhat You Will Do\nManufacturing Process Development\nDevelop and implement manufacturing processes, work instructions, routers, process flows, and standard operating procedures.\nDesign and support work cells, manufacturing layouts, tooling, fixtures, and equipment improvements.\nConduct time studies, labor analysis, line balancing, and capacity assessments.\nSupport manufacturing readiness activities for NPI and product transfer projects.\nProject Execution\nIndependently own manufacturing engineering deliverables for assigned projects and workstreams.\nParticipate in cross-functional project teams to ensure successful product launches and transfers.\nMaintain project status, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and support stage-gate deliverables.\nDrive issue resolution and provide technical support during builds, validations, and production ramp-ups.\nValidation & Quality Support\nSupport IQ, OQ, PQ, and other validation activities as required.\nParticipate in PFMEA development, risk assessments, engineering studies, and investigation activities.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nEnsure manufacturing processes comply with quality systems and regulatory requirements.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.\nLead process optimization efforts to improve yield, reduce scrap, reduce cycle times, and increase productivity.\nSupport Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives.\nValue Stream Mapping.\nTraining & Collaboration\nTrain production personnel, technicians, and support staff on new processes and standard work.\nCoordinate with suppliers, equipment vendors, and internal stakeholders during implementation activities.\nProvide technical guidance to manufacturing technicians and production teams.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering\n5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience\nExperience independently leading manufacturing engineering workstreams or deliverables\nExperience developing, implementing, or optimizing manufacturing processes\nExperience with engineering documentation, change control, root cause analysis, process validation, or risk management\nExperience using 3D modeling software (Solidworks Preferred)\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering\nExperience in medical device, regulated manufacturing, or highly controlled production environments\nExperience with overmolding, injection molding, or cable harness manufacturing\nExperience with automation equipment or fixture development\nExperience supporting cleanroom manufacturing environments\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies\nExperience with IQ, OQ, and PQ process validation\nExperience supporting New Product Introduction or product transfers\nThis role is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship. \nFor this role, we anticipate paying $95,000 - $115,000 per year.
