In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient product launches, improving manufacturing performance, and solving complex production challenges. WhatYouWillDo
- Drivethedevelopment,implementation,andoptimizationofmanufacturingprocessestomeetproductionandqualityobjectives
- Supportnewproductintroductionsandramp-ups,ensuringreadinessandseamlesstransitionintoproduction
- Identifyandsolveproductionissuesusingstructuredproblem-solvingmethodologiestoimproveyieldandreliability
- Leadcontinuousimprovementinitiativestoreducescrap,enhanceefficiency,andimproveoverallequipmenteffectiveness
- Maintainandenhanceprocessdocumentation,includingworkinstructions,routings,andtrainingmaterials
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoalignmanufacturingstrategieswithproductrequirements
- Manageengineeringchangesrelatedtoprocesses,BOMs,andmanufacturingmethods
- Promoteacultureofsafety,quality,andoperationalexcellencethroughadherenceto5S,EHS,andLeanpractices
WhoYouAre(BasicQualifications)
- Bachelor’sdegreeinIndustrial,Mechanical,Mechatronic,ElectronicEngineeringorrelatedfield
- Experienceworkinginmanufacturingorprocessengineeringenvironments
- Knowledgeofcontinuousimprovementandproblem-solvingmethodologies(e.g.,LeanManufacturing,DMAIC,5Whys)
- Experiencesupportingproductionprocesses,includingdocumentationandchangemanagement
- Englishproficiencytocommunicateeffectivelyinaprofessionalenvironment

- ExperiencewithSAPorsimilarmanufacturingsystems
- KnowledgeofPFMEA,Poka-Yoke,andqualitytools
- Experiencesupportingnewproductintroduction(NPI)orproductionramp-ups
