O time é responsável por fortalecer o posicionamento da marca, desenvolver iniciativas de geração de demanda e identificar oportunidades de crescimento junto aos clientes e ao mercado.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLiderar, desenvolver e engajar a equipe de Marketing, definindo prioridades, metas e indicadores de desempenho.\nDesenvolver e executar o plano anual de Marketing, alinhado aos objetivos estratégicos do negócio.\nLiderar estratégias de geração de demanda e Account-Based Marketing (ABM), especialmente para Key Accounts.\nTrabalhar em parceria com as equipes Comercial e de Key Account Management para identificar oportunidades de crescimento em clientes estratégicos.\nGarantir a consistência do posicionamento da marca nos diferentes canais de comunicação, incluindo redes sociais e website.\nLiderar a participação da empresa em eventos e feiras e coordenar parceiros externos, como agências e fornecedores de Marketing.\nGerenciar orçamento, cronogramas e performance das principais iniciativas de Marketing.\nDefinir e acompanhar KPIs de Marketing e Comunicação, monitorando o ROI das iniciativas e identificando oportunidades de melhoria.\nIdentificar oportunidades para aumentar a participação de produtos de valor agregado e contribuir para o crescimento e rentabilidade do negócio.\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications):\nEnsino Superior completo em Marketing, Administração, Comunicação, Arquitetura ou áreas correlatas.\nExperiência profissional em Marketing B2B.\nExperiência em gestão e desenvolvimento de pessoas.\nInglês avançado.\nBoa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes áreas e stakeholders.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead:\nPós-graduação ou MBA em Marketing, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas relacionadas.\nExperiência no mercado de vidro e/ou construção civil.\nExperiência com estratégias de Account-Based Marketing (ABM).\nConhecimento de ferramentas digitais como Salesforce e Power BI.\nEspanhol.\nVisão estratégica de negócios e capacidade de conectar iniciativas de Marketing a geração de demanda, crescimento e rentabilidade.\nAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
